Its aim is to protect family members through their recognition of rights in legislation and enforcing them in courts, in order to aChapter ieve justice for families. Through the evaluation of non-legal and legal responses to contemporary issues regarding family law we can determine the law’s effectiveness in aChapter ieving justice for all family members.
