Here are some useful acronyms to help remember concepts in HSC Food Technology. The HACCP one seems complicated but it just shows how to remember each of the 7 steps. You can remember the steps by CD’E… which I say CDs like the one you use to play music, just to make it easier to remember. Each letter stands for each step. Hazard analysis is in the first step & critical control points are in the second, breaking down the word HACCP. Hope this helps, good luck! π
