Resource Description

The IRP question chosen to be conducted is “to what extent does the amount of exposure to the internet impact the social and emotional wellbeing of female high school students in MGHS?” This question was chosen to inform practice on using technology and the extent to which it should be used. In order to find results to answer this question, we used several methodologies of interviews a focus group and a questionnaire. The ways chosen to pick participants was planned to be clustered into year groups then randomly select 20 to participate in our questionnaire, 2 people from each grade to participate in the interview and one person from each grade to participate in the focus group. The selection method of participants needed to be changed due to the limited responses and lack of time available and had to result to convince sampling.
