Resource Description
As part of our first unit of work: Earth’s Natural Systems, we will be engaging in a fieldwork excursion to Temptation Creek in the Royal National Park. Throughout the day, we will practise our skills including using GPS devices to read and record geographical information, topographic mapping, vegetation transect and quadrat studies, and field sketching. For our first Preliminary Geography Assessment Task, you are asked to construct a field report (1200-1300 words) based on our excursion to Temptation Creek at Royal National Park. Your report should be focused on our problem statement: How do we recognise climate change when our environmental conditions are always in flux?
