Intro: Australia and China are, on the surface, 2 very different countries. Australia has a population of approximately 23.13million, which’s dwarfed by China’s population of 1.357billion. Australia has a GDP of $US1.56trillion, whereas China’s is $US9.24 trillion. On the surface, they seem very different. However, a closer look at their economic and political systems would reveal they are more similar than meets the eye.
