Essay question; Referring to specific aspects of Jesus’ life, explain why Jesus is the model for Christian life. Intro; Jesus is one of the most influential figures in history as He was an example of how Christians and others should live their lives. Jesus was a Jew who lived in Palestine. He lived a perfect life and was a sinless human being. Not only was He the Messiah, but Jesus showed his selflessness through teaching the importance of communicating with God in personal prayer, demonstrating service and showing unconditional love to all He came into contact with. He was more than a historical figure, He was the saviour. These aspects of Jesus have created Christianity and become a foundation for how Jesus is the model for Christian life.
